This Privacy Policy explains how VeloWalk ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Verzir Tech ("the Developer"), handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary in one line: VeloWalk keeps your data on your device. We do not collect it, we do not track you, there are no ads, and there are no third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We (the Developer) do not collect, receive, sell, or share any of your personal data. VeloWalk has no user accounts, no login, and no developer‑operated servers that receive your information.

All workout content you create — routes, distance, pace, calories, steps, heart rate, laps, and weather snapshots — is stored locally on your device.

3. Health & fitness data (Apple HealthKit)
If you grant permission, VeloWalk can read from and write to Apple Health:

Read: heart rate, resting heart rate, heart‑rate variability, VO₂ max, workouts, and running‑form metrics, to show your stats and recovery insights.
Write: workouts you record (energy, distance, steps, floors, and heart‑rate samples from a paired Bluetooth sensor), so they appear in Apple Health.
Health data is handled by Apple's HealthKit framework and stays on your device or in your own iCloud Health store. We never transmit your Health data to the Developer or any third party, and we never use Health data for advertising or marketing, in line with Apple's HealthKit requirements.

4. Location data (GPS)
With your permission, VeloWalk uses your device location during a workout to measure distance, pace, elevation, and to draw your route map. Location data is stored only on your device as part of the workout and is never sent to the Developer. You can stop location access at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Bluetooth heart‑rate sensors
If you pair an external heart‑rate monitor (chest strap, arm band, or third‑party watch), VeloWalk connects over Bluetooth solely to read your live heart rate during a workout. This data stays on your device (and, if you choose, in Apple Health).

6. Features that use Apple services
Apple Weather (WeatherKit): to stamp weather onto a workout, your approximate location is sent to Apple to fetch current conditions, under Apple's Weather privacy terms.
Apple Music (MusicKit): the optional cadence‑matched music feature uses your Apple Music subscription through Apple's MusicKit. Your music activity is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
iCloud sync (CloudKit): if you enable sync, your workouts are stored in your own private iCloud database. Only you can access them; the Developer cannot. This is governed by Apple's iCloud terms.
We do not control Apple's processing of data within these services.

7. Third parties, tracking & advertising
VeloWalk contains no third‑party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Our App Privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false with no collected data types.

8. Data retention & deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are in control:

Delete an individual workout inside the App.
Delete all data from Settings → Delete All Data.
Deleting the App removes its on‑device data. iCloud‑synced copies are removed via your iCloud account.
Health data is managed in the Apple Health app.
9. Children
VeloWalk is a general‑audience fitness app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your rights
Under regulations such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK, you have rights to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Since we do not collect or hold your data, these rights are exercised directly on your device and in Apple Health/iCloud. For any questions, contact us at the address above.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, noted in the App.
