# Terms of Use (EULA) — Pagiqo

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the **Pagiqo** application ("Pagiqo", "the app") published by **Muharrem Dilmaç** (the "Developer"). By downloading or using Pagiqo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This is the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Pagiqo. Where Pagiqo is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's [Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies and prevails in case of conflict.

## 1. License

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pagiqo on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

## 2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pagiqo only for lawful purposes and only with content you own or are authorized to process. You agree not to:

- use the app to create, store or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful material;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

## 3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the documents, images, signatures and other content you create or import ("Your Content"). Pagiqo processes Your Content **on your device** to provide its features and does not transmit it to the Developer. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for maintaining your own backups.

## 4. AI features

Pagiqo includes on-device AI features (summaries, smart titles, tags, key-date extraction and document Q&A) powered by Apple's on-device models. **AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete.** It is provided for convenience only and must not be relied upon as professional advice. Always review AI-generated content before acting on it. Pagiqo does **not** provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

## 5. Subscriptions (Pagiqo Pro)

Pagiqo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, **Pagiqo Pro**, with monthly and yearly options, unlocking premium features (including the AI tools and other Pro capabilities).

- **Billing.** Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- **Auto-renewal.** The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least **24 hours before** the end of the current period.
- **Renewal charge.** Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- **Managing & cancelling.** You can manage or cancel your subscription in **Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions** on your device after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- **Free trial (if offered).** Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- **Prices** are shown in the app and may vary by region; they are stated in your local currency as set by the App Store.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

## 6. Disclaimer of warranties

Pagiqo is provided **"as is" and "as available"** without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that OCR/AI results will be accurate.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, documents or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Pagiqo. You are responsible for backing up Your Content.

## 8. Changes

The Developer may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted at https://pagiqo.app/terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

## 9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the app and delete it.

## 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
